Comida Mexicana

The variety of restaurants in our small town is amazing.  You can find whatever nationality of food you're in the mood for.  The establishments themselves are all vastly different.  Some are fancy, some casual, some large and roomy, some cozy and intimate, and some are smaller than the dining room of your house.

Last night I met up with a group friends at La Casa Del Mexicano for some Mexican food and good company.  This was my second time eating at this restaurant and it's worth going back to.  According to the sign outside, all of the cooks are from Mexico.  I didn't personally see any of the cooks to verify this but the food is very good.  A bonus of this restaurant is that their flour tortillas are freshly made to order and they taste amazing.  Another bonus is that they have some Mexican beer (besides Corona) such as Negra Modelo and Dos Equis XX.

My meal tonight - tacos de pollo con cebolla y cilantro

  1. Now you're talking! I would have a hard time eating the wiggling food from your last video but I can always eat Mexican.
